When you say bite do you mean he is taking a bite out of something or tearing something apart, if this is going on he needs something to chew on like one of those toy ropes, is the dog a puppy? If so, he may be teething. Usually a dog will not chew on itself, unless the dog has an infection and will keep licking the area, the only chewing i have seen a dog do is grooming their nails. Another cause of chewing is fleas. It could be that your dog's biting may be a form a scratching. You may want to take the dog to the vet, something may be wrong. Constant licking or if he is chewing himself can even be hunger.
If you felt changes since the bite there is no cure but some werewolves chain themselths to trees or other items to stop killing things. I personaly would be exited.
