I don't know much about this, but my mother gave birth naturally (vaginal) to my little sister, so it must be possible. It would depend on how serious your baby's hydrocephalus is. I have a friend whose grandson's hydrocephalus made vaginal delivery impossible.

Into the Cerebral Aqueduct of Sylvius, which is located in the midbrain and connects the Third Ventricle with the Fourth Ventricle. The last stop in the brain is the Fourth Ventricle, which lies dorsal to the pons and the medulla. Then CSF circulates down through the central canal of the Spinal Chord and back. CSF then flows through the Subarachnoid Space and finally back into the Circulatory System.

No. The left ventricle pumps blood at a higher pressure, and through much more real estate than the right ventricle, but the actual volume pumped by each ventricle is exactly equal at all times, except in certain pathological heart conditions. Think about what would happen if one side of the heart pumps more blood than the other. Excess blood would get backed up and accumulate since the opposite side is pumping lower volumes. In severe instances, this imbalance can be enough to cause death.
