when the building is being wired for electricity is the perfect time to also wire the house that is under construction for cable tv and phone and cat 5 wiring. also wire the house at this time for alarm wiring to all windows and doors , ect. THIS prewiring of house while being built is the best way to have all of the wiring in the walls and not on the outside of house after house is finished. Case in point catv and phone wiring that you see all the time all over the outside walls of most every house.
