MAYBE YOUR BREAK SWITCH ON BREAK PEDAL IS BAD OR MAYBE A GROUND BUT I WOULD DEFINATLY CHECK YOU BREAK SWITCH
Probably a blown fuse. What you need to find out is why the fuse blew.
