It's possibly just a bug and they'll appear again eventually.
A follower is someone who "follows" your tweets. Your tweets will appear on their timeline. Twitter follower - is someone who follows and subscribes to your tweets or post.
Your own tweets, yes. Using others' content would require their permission.
Total TweetsAccording to an article posted on Mashable, the total number of tweets posted on Twitter had surpassed the one billionth mark in November 2008. Given that most sources cite around one million tweets per day - this would seem pretty accurate.
I recently changed my phone, twitter app was downloaded, now i find that hours of tweets don't appear on my timeline, if for eg, I was on 8hrs ago it wont show tweets since then till about 10 minutes ago, there is no "show more" anymore where it would open up and showv tweets that were posted during that period
It is doubtful that the pope would use Twitter to proclaim Church doctrine.
no she DOES NOT !! shes a christian if you follow her on twitter (@KeriHilson) you would see all her CHRISTIAN quotes & tweets ! ;)
Infallibility only comes into play when a pope is teaching faith and morals and the pope would so declare it as such. Informal Twitter tweets would probably not meet this criteria unless the Pope would tweet some matter of doctrine, which is unlikely.
No, they do not get a notification when you visit their page. The only way they would get to know it is if you would retweet or like one of their tweets.
It's impossible to determine which tweet on Twitter is the funniest. Firstly, everyone has a different opinion of what is funny. Secondly, if tweets were to be compared for this, it would probably only be celebrities that would be compared. Thus, "normal" users or tweets wouldn't be considered and so the comparison would be unfair.
Hashtags are a way of tracking trends on Twitter. Adding a word with a hashtag in front of it - for instance, #WikiAnswers - adds that "tweet" to a list of "tweets" with the same hashtags. That way they can be tracked and used for statistics about a trendy topic.
The hashtag is generally used with trending topics. This is so people can search for a specific term using the hashtag. For example, using #wikianswers in tweets would allow people to more easily find tweets that mention WikiAnswers.
Yes, he does. It's https://twitter.com/#!/WWERawCOO Not sure how good this would be for verification but if you do a search for "Triple H" on Twitter that account is the first thing that shows up. It appears at the very top of the list of tweets.
