Several reasons.
1- bad neutral safefty switch. both automatic and manual transmission cars have one if it is automatic then the switch is on the brake pedal. If it is a manual, it is on the clutch.
If this switch is bad, the Automatic transmission is stuck in park. Check the brake pedal for the plastic piece the switch presses against. Make sure it's still there. If not, the price of the fixing just got lower! (yay) If It's not the switch, you need a shop to fix it.

No, a 2001 Acura Integra front bumper would not fit a 1996 model. While both vehicles belong to the same generation of the Acura Integra, there were design changes and differences in the mounting points between the two model years. It's best to use a bumper specifically designed for the 1996 Integra for proper fitment and alignment.

By sifting through the grammar problems are you asking which car would be faster in a race? If so the Honda S2000 is hands down faster then a stock acura integra gs in all aspects. However many acura integras are not stock, so keep that in mind.
