Yes! from 13 years and up. So that at 15, or 16 both breasts look almost the same. But every girl is different.

It is very normal for women to have uneven breasts especially if you are at a young age like yourself when there is at least 3 years left of growing time for you, in this time your breasts could even out in shape. Please dont let this bother you so much as there is a big chance of them growing. If it botheres you a lot and if they dont even out in around 3 years time see your doctor to talk about the different ways of helping your breasts become the size you want them to be. It doesn't really matter, believe it or not, alot of guys (such as myself) do not like huge breasts. You should be proud of your body the way it is, and if someone has a problem with it then don't even give them the time of day. It really is what's inside that matters.
