usually this is from an electric component heating up and then works again when it cool. such as, ignition module, crank sensor, cam sensor, coil, or even ecm.
Ignition Control Module are common to cause this. Loss of spark with heat from the engine, when it cools off, starts up.
Sounds like a sensor
it can be the fuel pump but i would try the ignition control module first not sure if its mountrd on the fender well or if its mounted on yhe side of the distributor
coil pack
Check for fuel and sparkCould be a coil pack going badCould be a fuel pump overheating and seizing
Your overheating warning light may glow a semi red color after you go 4 to 6 miles and your engine isn't overheating for many reasons. The main reason may be that there is a wiring problem, or the sensor may be going bad.

starts normal when its cold then after driving bout 10 miles it starts stumbling or hiccups feels like im running out of gas and then my RPM goes up to 3000RPM up and down
Sounds like the ignition module located under thecoil pack is breaking down from heat.
