I am by no means any sort of authority, but,it MIGHT be because your dog has eaten some raw bones. When I used to feed my dog raw beef bones, her stool would be drayish (kind of chalky) and a pale white in colour. I hope that helps.

When I was a kid growing up I used to see white dog crap all over the place. Now I havent seen any in years, although I have seen and accidentally trodden in more than my fair share of the brown kind! When I asked my parents why it was white they told me it was because the dog had worms (of one kind or another). This information supposedly came from my aunt, who is a lifelong dog owner and ex manageress of several animal sanctuaries, including kennels and catteries.
