High pressure coolant is blowing out through a small hole in your heater core, it will need to be repaired or replaced.
If it is warm out it might be AC refrigerant leaking.
nevermind, got it fixed. It was a corroded fuel line.
Hey Mike==If your car has A/C when it is exceptionally humid outside, it is common for the vents to blow some vapor. It is generally more visible when the sun is shining inside the car. Nothing wrong. GoodluckJoe

Leaking heater core

I would suggest that as there could be volatile fumes gathering during refuelling, that any electrical system likely to cause a spark should be switched off before refuelling begins. Keeping doors, portholes and vents open would help to dissipate any fumes.
thats because your blower went out
Steam may be coming out the air conditioning unit if the engine is overheating. The best thing to do would be to shut the vents before any hazardous fumes begin to come out.
You would be on the Aries-Taurus cusp.
The motor which blows air through the vents.
It should blow through the floor vents. Modern vehicles generally use movable baffles in there HVAC systems, to direct air flow where the controls indicate. If the controls allow airflow to the floor, but nothing flows out, there is a malfunction between the control switch and the actuator that directs the flow.
