banking is a growing sector and all the system now work on the computers...without computer they haven't any work doing.so there are realy nedded the employee who has good computer knowledge. they select the people bye exam and interview and then give the training for computer work but computer engineers have best knowledge of computer so they quikly learn it and perfectly do the work in short time which show the efficiency of the work much better than the others.
