Because some doctors are dangerous and unproffesional. They don't have much skills, so they can injure you. It's really important. We have to look for doctor ratings.
First place to start would be to talk to one's normal doctor or optometrist for recommendations. Barring that, the next place to look would the yellow pages of the phone book.

A cat doctor would most likely be found at a veterinarian's office/animal clinic. Look in the phone book for veterinarians or animal clinics/hospitals.

There are some strengthen exercise websites you can look into. The best rehabilitation advice will come from a doctor though. I would suggest seeing one.
One can look on the USNews website. One can search for a specialist and the names of all the best doctors will appear. There does not appear to be reviews of the doctors online.
