You are dehydrated and need to drink water. During dehydration your hands, being the furthest from your core and not as important as your core, are not sent enough water to cool off...rather the more essential body parts/functions use of the water before it reaches the hands. Drinking water will allow you to create perspiration. As perspiration evaporates, it will cool the surface of your body, including hands.
The reason someone would have warm hands all the time might be due to a high blood pressure.
no only a virus can do that. some people believed that cold lowered your immune system but there is no scientific evidence to support this.
They eat to much
Because there are some people who get their noses broken in fights more than others.
It is fine to go outside with a cold or virus. However, it isn't cool to go around others because you will be contagious and they'll get sick. Viruses are spread from person to person or from touching things that the sick person had some sneezed, coughed on or touched with unwashed hands. Some illnesses are caused by bacteria. Cold air doesn't cause illness. Getting fresh air and getting away from the stifling air in a house or apartment is the best way to help you get over a cold or virus and sunshine will help you heal too. I say go out and sit in your garden or yard if it is a nice day.

Not necessarily. Some people have a slight problem with their circulation, or they are very sensitive to changes in temperature, and their hands feel cold even on a warm day. This condition is inconvenient but it doesn't have to mean something is wrong. However, sometimes, cold hands can be a symptom of a medical condition like diabetes or anemia. There are also some people who have a condition called "Reynaud's Syndrome," in which the hands (and sometimes the feet) are frequently cold. (Reynaud's is in the family of autoimmune diseases.) You may want to see your doctor and get tested to determine if these conditions are what is causing your hands to be cold all the time.

Some people might wash their hands more then others or some people might be more cautious from sneezes and coughs then others. Some people have lower immunity and are susceptible to viral infections.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "break even", in poker you either win, lose, or split the pot. So, if you mean why do some hands win and others don't, it is because some hands are better than others and some players are better than others.
That is not always true. Some people simply tend to be warmer than others
