To perform an orthostatic test, have the person lie down for a few minutes, then measure their heart rate and blood pressure. Next, have them stand up and repeat the measurements after 1-3 minutes. A diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension is made if there is a significant drop in blood pressure upon standing.
Apply pressure for at least 5 minutes. If this does not stop the bleeding or much blood is lost, seek medical attention immediately. With a nose bleed, bend your head down and apply pressure with thumb and forefinger closing the nasal passages. Apply the pressure for 5 minutes. After doing this three times, if the bleeding is not under control, seek medical attention.
If the bleeding from a dogs paw refuses to stop after applying pressure for several minutes, it will have to be cauterized by a vet. Placing pressure for several minutes, several different times should stop normal bleeding.

Either your oil level is too low for the engine to maintain decent oil pressure, or your oil pump is too worn to maintain decent oil pressure, or there's a fault in the oil pressure sensor. Either way, you need to get it checked out immediately, as running an eninge on too low oil pressure can destroy it in minutes.

Depends on the engine but severe engine damage will start to occur almost immediately. It will run a few minutes until it starts to overheat then the engine will seize. It will not take long to destroy the engine.
