This could be a number of things from the air pressure to a bent or busted mount. Your best bet is to look at it. If you see the issue fix it if not take it to the pros.
The turn signals might not work on a 1995 Grand Am when the switch is in the high beam position if there is a loose wire in the steering column. To find the loose wire, the center of the steering wheel will have to be removed.
If you have power steering, the fluid can be low. the belt driving the pump can be loose, the pump itself can be bad, if front wheel drive, the steering rack can be bad. I would check the fluid and belt tension first.
