Maybe you have a bacterial (ear) infection. Do the ears flake? Or feel as though they burn (like a brush burn feels)? If so use an over the counter bacteria ointment on the outside and try not to get any water in the ears
No. It is cruel and unnecessary. Absolutely not! That would be cruel and selfish, not to mention incredibly painful for the hamster. A hamster's ears are so small that it would be difficult to do, and even more painful and difficult to put earrings in them. Doing this can also cause one who does this to be arrested and charged with animal cruelty, which is exactly what they would deserve.
In my experience, there is no piercing without pain. However, from what I have talked to others about and experienced myself I would have to say that the bridge piercing or cheek piercing is the least painful. The most painful would be (in most people's minds) the septum. This question, like the countless others like it, is really hard to answer because of the personal factors involved with describing pain. For some, like myself, even painful piercings aren't all that painful, just kind of annoying and throbbing. Others, it seems that pain is not something the care to ever experience and even describe lip piercings as excruciating and can even pass out because of the pain (really lack of oxygen, increased heart rate, stress, and endorphins, but all of that is generally caused by pain).
Well, even a blow to the pelvic region is painful, Then a fracture would obviously be way more painful. So, yes.
If an animal have their ears outside is a mammal and whose ears are not outside are not mammal.
You could but it is very dangerous and painful and sometimes against the law. Even if you did, (which you really shouldn't) since she is so old her ears may not heal right or become infected. So the results may not even be worth it even if she did heal right. Do not clip her ears.
no they dont even have ears
Yes. But there are even more painful options.
There is no age limit to when you should dock your dogs ears. it is perfectly fine to crop your dogs ears even when they are fully grown. some vets may not do it because it will be a longer procedure but im sure there is a vet that would do it. some people even get their dogs ears crop when they a few years old. the only difference from when their older is that the taping would have to be on longer and the healing may take some time
I would assume that you would use cm or even mm if you wanted to be more accurate
For me my breasts were really tender. At times just touching them would be painful.
When going up a mountain your ear can have pressure in them because your elevation is different. Something other than elevation is causing the pressure differential. You may have a cold or allergy that is preventing the pressure equalization or perhaps even a wax build up. If it is painful, it would be a good time to visit the doctor!
Any age. Some people even get their babies' ears pierced.
