You may have jock itch or a yeast type infection. Often caused because these areas are moist and dark and rub against each other. There are many over the counter products for this in spray or powder form you can try.
If they are spreading they could be jock itch, even in females

jock itch starts in the groin fold usually on both sides. If the rash advances, it usually advances down the inner thigh. The advancing edge is redder and more raised than areas that have been infected longer.
