dogs can sense things about a persons intentions, did your dogs not bark because they were acting scared? if so then you shouldn't trust that person... but if they acted normal, or friendly towards this new person then that just means that they don't see this person as anything to be worried about well mabye the dog just might be ill cause my dog was ill and did the same thing
