Water has less compressibility. When you squeeze it, it has no place to escape.
because all the space in the syringe is taken up by water. If you squeeze the syringe it will break.
If you squash something in a sealed container then you are reducing the volume available for it to fit into and the result is that it pushes back (the pressure goes up). It is like forcing air into a bicycle tyre with a pump.
why are metal prongs of a plug sealed in plastic and rubber
Heating favors evaporation.
Think about what happens to the gas (air) inside the syringe when the temperature decreases. As the gas cools it will occupy a smaller volume and thus the syringe plunger will move DOWN the barrel.

To keep it fresh
In an airtight plastic bag that is sealed
Is it a plastic prong sealed together

Hamburger is typically sealed in plastic wrap.
In a plastic container air sealed.
Oxygen and LPG are both flammable. Steel is not. Therefore it is best that oxygen and LPG are not sealed with plastic or wood.
to keep contaminants out.
