If you are of normal health and have no particular illness that causes it, then you may be getting tired after you have consumed a lot of carbohydrates. It is called a "carb crash", which is most common in the afternoons after a carb-heavy lunch. Eat more protein containing foods like cheese, nuts, meat and salad or veges then see if you have less of a crash.
