Strictly speaking, no. After a long period of time (often varying depending on the drug), a drug will cease to have a continued physical effect on an individual - that is, they will no longer be physically addicted. There is significant evidence to suggest however that psychological addiction is a permenant, life-long condition - even though the biological mechanism may weaken or eventually fade away, the psychological mechanism of addiction is believed to remain with the individual for the rest of their life. In that respect, a drug addict is always a drug addict.

What are the effect of cigRETTE?

If you use cigarettes, you are technically smoking! In my opinion, I HATE smoking but the effects vary. Lots of people enjoy smoking as it makes them feel better if depressed, like the smell, are bored and have nothing to do or they like to try and kill others with the smoke! But as you should know....smoking can kill! If you smoke too much, you can die and if anyone are gassed by the air turning to smoke, THEY can die!

Can a car smell like cigrette smoke if no one smoked in the car?

Yes, if someone who just finished a cigarette or smokes a lot rides in the car. The smell clings to someone and stays on their breath for a while after smoking. It can end up in the car even if nobody actually broke the no-smoking-in-the-car rule.
