No idea. We transgender folks are quite prone to ridicule and stereotyping, but despite all the closed-minded people, there is a surprising amount of support for us. I think most of the reason people hate the LGBT community is because their religion tells them it is a sin. Religion closes minds, and they are so convinced they are right, that they will harm and kill us in the name of their religion.
Hmmm.. yeah that's about it. Religion. Other than that, most people will support us.
Transgender people are not made. It is something you will be born with.
Most transgender people who undergo transition use hormones.
People don't like the transgender thing

Transgender women are real in terms of them existing. If one is asking about whether they are genuine women or not is up to personal interpretation. Some would consider them as being on par with non-transgender (cisgender) women, while others would consider them valid members of their own separate gender. Then of course there are people who do not think positively about transgender women.
