Biology is the study of life and living organisms. Biology is required because it is just like any other science: it provides us useful knowledge. We can learn a lot from biology like how to combat disease and discover new species.
Biology is the study of life. Biology is a wide field encompassing everything from the way organisms interact with each other and their non-living environments, to animal behavior, to the processes of disease, to the way cells work. Biology can help us to understand how the body works which can enable us to live healthier lives by making choices that will benefit our bodies. Biology can help people to better understand how animals behave which could be used to know how best to behave around wild animals so as to not get hurt. Biology is a fascinating subject with several implications for our lives. If you are interested in anything that is alive, including yourself, plants, animals, fungi, protists, bacteria, and etc., you will find value in taking biology. It truly is a fascinating and broad subject that has something to interest almost everyone.
To trace the history and development of biology, you would need to research the history of biology and how it developed over the course of history.
obviously biology books would make you go through it......
Maths, physics, English lang, biology.
possibly, but in marine biology you would need a greater understanding of math than fractions.
The first degree you would get to become a marine biologist is a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology, or a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Marine Biology. for further degrees you would need to go to graduate school to get your Masters in Marine Biology.
I need this in my Biology Homework so please, I need to know this one.
because we need it
biology is the study of living things and you need it for school as it shows you how you work (and because its on the curriculum).
Doctors need to study biology to be able to practice medicine.

No. There is a separate branch called astrobiology, where knowledge of biology may be helpful.

I am in the exact same position. i would love to be a marine biologist but have no clue whatsoever, you will need biology (and marine biology if offered) and also, i would be best to have chemistry at your side to back you up, Then you will have to get at least 5 a stars ( no you don't its GCSEs you need no A*stars) further up, you will need a PhD( you dont need a PhD you need a degree) in either biology or marine biology (in marine biology or oceanography), again, whatever if offered to you. good luck! (thank god my answers are there or you woud be stuffed)
