The reasons already given for why breathing through ones nose are well known and valid. There are completely separate reasons why it is unhealthy to breathe through the mouth. As everyone knows, there are lots of bacteria in the mouth. One of the functions of saliva is to wash away bacteria resulting in thier being swallowed. A dry mouth tends to result in increased tooth decay, periodontal disease, and gingivitis.
Breathing though the mouth causes the saliva to evaporate causing "dry mouth" (there can be any of several other causes for the condition of dry mouth), which creates a more friendly environment for harmful bacteria to grow.
Your nose.
The nose breathe air in. Sometimes you do the same with the mouth.
You can breath through your nose or mouth.
The reason you should breath through your nose instead of through your mouth is because it can calm the body, slow the heart rate, and relax you. Mouth breathers tend to breath heavier and are more nervous than nose breathers.
yes although you can breath through your mouth it doesnt matter
You should actually breath in through your nose as this allows the inhaled breath to become warm and moist due to the greater number of blood vessels in your nose. You should breath out through your mouth so you do not loose moisture or warmth. SC because if you can do thought other one aleaste still breath
when you breath through your nose you catch more of the germs trying to enter your body on the hairs in your nose. when you breath through your mouth there is much less protection against germs
Through your mouth:)
mouth and nose together.
Through your mouth/nose when you breath.
In through your nose, out through your mouth
