Ethics is an essential core of any post secondary studies. The course should offer you a open forum style lecture that will introduce you to several different view points on some of society's most controversial topics. This course will make you evaluate your own personal attitudes toward various topics, as well it should teach you how to be of strong moral character and establish your sense of ethical authority.
business is a very important think
Of course it is! Ethics (Arguably) vary from person to person. An individual believes what they think to be ethical. Ethics are influenced by society as a whole and as that society differs, so does ethics. We may think it's bad to sacrifice people to god as a means of honouring the person, but some tribe in Mongolia might think differently.
Business ethics are important because managers want customers to purchase their products. When customers think businesses aren't ethical, they tend to avoid purchasing from them.
You would be lucky to find a college that did, but I think that a zombie course should be necessary for all majors, you know just in case.
Ethics are a kind of unwritten rules of conduct. It is important to have good work ethics not just for your clientele, but also for your employees. Your work ethics purvey a certain amount of professionalism that says your business means to be efficient and successful. I think it's important to have a good balance though. Having too much professionalism loses some of the personal aspects that can be just as important.
no..i don't think so
Of Course! But I don't think it is part of the course, maybe just part of the subject per se! But I am definitely sure that golf is played even when you are in college.
Of course it does what else do you think it provides dumb bell courses
Very important. The perfect example is the plague.
Yes, of course you do. You think you can get a good job with no schooling. I don't think so. Good luck. Go to college and get as much education as you can afford.
I personally do not think of it as a waste of time. If just one student develops good ethical behavior through the teachings on ethics, it's not a waste. However, I must admit it can be frustrating when students do not seem to get it.
Of course!
