I,ve changed airflow meter idle control valve checked vacum hoses installed new starter fresh battery and gas.Its getting fire engine turns over but it wont run.My resources say I need to adjust my timeing,if so I need to know how to do it or have it done.

My 1986 Porsche has no fire in the spark plug when the engine turns over but when the key is turn off I get the spark and it is not starting?
Check for a blown fuse.

The engine will turn over with spark or no spark. Your's turns over I assume and has no spark. Check the coil pak. or ign. module if equipped.

Why does oil leak when engine turns over?
When your engine turns over, there is an oil pump inside the engine that is being driven by the crankshaft. It is creating pressure by pumping oil throughout the engine. Most will achieve around 40 to 50 lbs. If there is a problem with any of the lines or gaskets in the system, it will leak when there is pressure. Try to locate the leak by washing the area that's leaking and watch it as someone turns the engine over. Most leaks of this sort aren't too hard to fix.
