The heater fuse on a 2000 Buick Century is located on the right side of the engine compartment, in a water tight box. It houses many of the major fuses for the vehicle's electrical system.
Because you don't have enough coolant in your radiator.
You should check the thermostat and the fuse for the heater.

In my Buick? Not a thing. Need more info on what your Buick is doing or not doing --- cooling system problem? In dash heater problem? Engine overheating?
check the coolant level, or, possible stuck thermostat.
the contact wires under the driver side airbag may be stuck
It could be the heater valve which is located under the hood to the passenger side down below the radiator and fan units.
