Have you tried filling the wash fluid reservoir?
Windshield washer spray nozzles, or just simply nozzles.
Thats a cleaner/ lubricant. In combination with the windshield wipers it will clean the windshield and make it clear
It is in the bottom of the plastic tank that you put the washer fluid in. Remove tank and look at the bottom of it and you will see how it comes out.
The 1999 Honda accord comes 4 lug and 4 cylinder or 5 lug and 6 cylinder.
as far as it can...
A Dodge Dakota does not have a rear washer fluid reservoir. On most newer vehicles the washer fluid for the rear windshield comes from the washer fluid reservoir from under the hood. If you are not getting wahser fluid to the rear windshield it could be that the line is frozen or clogged with dirt or the line could be disconnected somewhere.
get a sewing needle/saftey pin and put into the washer jet (where the water comes out)and move it a small bit then try the washer, keep moving it till your happy.

The Honda Accord 2007 comes standard with many features, including A/C, power locks, power windows and CD player. It also comes with some standard safety features, such as airbags and ABS brakes.
Need to check the pump in the bottom of the reservoir, It's stopped up or just not working.
The VSA warning light on the Honda accord means, Vehicle Stability Assistance. It comes in if it senses your vehicle is not quite as stable as it should be. The VSA adjusts traction.
That depends on what the failure is. It could.
