because the software to run it takes up 1 gb
There is no 7 GB iPod Touch. There is a 8 GB for $229, a 32 GB for $299, and a 64 GB for $399 Apple's website.
between 6 and 7 gigabytes (i think)
IT SAYS THAT IT IS 7GB BECAUSE ALL OF THE SOFTWARE THAT HAS TO BE DOWNLOADED (SUCH AS THE CALCULATOR, NOTEPAD, WEATHER CHANNEL, SAFARI INTERNET, ETC.) IN ORDER TO DO ANYTHING ON THE IPOD TOUCH. HOPE THIS HELPS!
The reason for this is because the actual software and the preloaded apps totals to a used space of 1 gigabyte, leaving 7 gigabytes do download whatever you want onto your iPod Touch. The software and preloaded apps take up 1 gigabyte of space by themselves.
If we are talking on display size alone, the Nexus 7 is considerably bigger...7.02 inches with the Nexus 7 2013 version vs. 4 inches on the iPod Touch. Most of the Nexus 7's specs (both the 2012 and 2013 editions) are much better thn the iPod Touch, having faster processors, more RAM memory, aformentioned larger display. The exception is storage. The Nexus 7's maximum storage size is 32 gb, while the iPod Touch has 32 and 64 gb available.
8GB comes with 7 GB original space... I have 300 songs and about 250 pictures and 51 applications Out of 7 GB, i have 3.61 GB free space
No, only iPod Touch 5 can use iOs 7
The iPod was first invented by the American electronics engineer Tony Fadell in late 2000; the Apple computer company hired him in early 2001 to develop the idea, and helped him to make it commercially viable.
The only iPod that can run iOS 7 is the 5th generation iPod Touch.
Alot, 7 gigs hold around 1,600 so 6.7 will hold about...........1,475 songs
