If you need to reboot your BlackBerry because it fails to load properly make sure you leave the battery out for more than just a few seconds. If you replace it too quickly your BlackBerry will tell you your correct password is incorrect. Ensure you leave the battery out for, say, a minute. Make sure the contacts are clean. Replace, wait for the the reboot to complete and your Blackberry will ask you to key in the word 'blackberry'. Once you have done this then key in your password and it will be accepted.
