You've praobably pressed a keyboard hotkey combination by accident. To fix this (i presume your using windows 7) right click on a blank space on your desktop then click screen resolution. Then along the left hand side of the window that appears there is a link that says make text on screen bigger or smaller (or something along those lines ) then click the size of text you want then click ok. You will then need to restart afterwards
