Wifi connection on my ipod touch and i am fully connected but when im on the home screen and i go to the YouTube button it says i need to connect to the internet but i already am what do i do?

Ok. so if you go to your wifi settings and click on the little blue arrow next to the name of the wifi your connected to. check if the ip address in the DHCP isn't something like 192.168.2.# (# - number 1 to 9). if it is then go to static and try putting in.
IP Address
192.168.0.4
Subnet Mask
255.255.255.0
Router
192.168.0.1
DNS
192.168.0.1
leave search domains blank,
now just leave it on static and go back to the wifi selection screen. the loading circle should then come up next to the choose a network title. let that finish and then go back and try safari or the app store. this is what i had to do to mine.
