If you move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and keep it there for a moment, the task bar will appear. If not, do the same for all sides of the screen. It is there on one of the sides.

NO you do not have to pass the 7th grade task. but you need to pass all of your classes in order to move on. at the end of the year your grades will be averaged and if you fail TWO you will go to summer school and retake the task and if you fail it that time you will repeat the 7th grade.
To move the task bar to the right hand side of the screen, simply take your mouse cursor, left click on the mouse button and hold, and drag the task bar to the right hand side: it will adjust accordingly. Foreground task is a process which happens on screen and background task is a process which is run offscreen. Ex: If you are clicking on a link and a page is opened ie foreground output bt to show that page to the end-user, there is a process in the programming language which is created off-screen by the developer of the program or website.

Just hover your mouse at the top border of the Task bar and you should see the mouse cursor turn into an up-and-down arrow. Left click and hold and drag the bar to the bottom of the screen.
