i cant be completely certain, but i don't think so... they look similar, but i tried doing the same thing with a 1981 350 and a 1994 350... the holes on the block do not line up exactly. but like i said i cant be certain. hope this helps
It is in the exhaust pipe up by the engine exhaust manifolds.
You can purchase a Haynes Manual and it will help you with the exhaust and much more.
Either weld or replace.
Two- one in each of the exhaust manifolds.
if it is the same size. 3.1 for 3.1 or 2.2 for 2.2 go ahed and do it. you may need to switch intake or exhaust manifolds so all the wires and such line up.
( 2 ) oxygen sensors ( I BELIEVE they are in the outlet areas of the exhaust manifolds )
The oil drain plug is near one of the two exhaust manifolds (passenger side).
A 1994 Explorer has 2 oxygen sensors, they are either screwed into the exhaust manifolds at their outlets or into the ehaust pipes near the engine.
Remove the intake and exhaust manifolds. Remove the head. Torque the head and manifolds to the correct torque and sequence, you will need a repair manual for this.
( 2 ) They would be close to the engine , either near the ends of the exhaust manifolds or in the exhaust pipes
No it will not work.
It is screewed into the exhaust pipe/pipes close to where the exhaust bolts to the engine.
