No, the 1974 Corvette frame is NOT the same as a 1975 Corvette frame. I have had customers modify it to fit, but you would have to change the rear kick up or adapt a 75 and above rear bumper assembly to make it work.
I don't think that the offset will work. As a matter of fact I believe that there was a thread discussing different fitment issues for the Corvette in the C4 section at Smokinvette.com. Good luck!

No you can not. It will not work.
The back wheels are the only wheels that actually move. The front wheels are the wheels that steer.
1976 top will not work on an 81' The latches are different.
There are a few reasons why the power windows on a 1975 Corvette won't work. A few of these would be a wiring issue, a motor issue or the fuse is blown.
They rotate and can be braked, just like auto wheels. Nose wheels can be steered.
