Yes, You can fit a 23" rim on a cl, however there is a lot of custom work that needs to be done to make it fit, personally I would just go with a 21" or 22" as the ride is much better!! 21" wheels fit perfect on a cl, however 22"+ you need to do some custom work too the CL between 2000-2007. The 2008's I have a set of 22" Asanti's and they fit perfect and look sick!!Hope that helps some!! Peace out...
