legally i don't think, but the spanish have a much more liberal view on these things. i would be extremely surprised if you could not, and depending on how old you look you should be okay to go out on your at 14, i know started getting served in Spain at 13 years old, and looking not a day older.

Yes but ONLY if there is an adult over the age of 21 monitoring them. Preferably the parents or legal guardians. The person who purchased the alcohol and allowed the minor to have it and left them unattended would be contributing to the delinquency of a minor, which is against the law.
