My thoughts: The next Assassins Creed will include 3 characters; Altaïr, Ezio and Desmond himself, maybe even more assassins as well. Because I believe they will bring in modern day world into play next time, assassination of the Kennedy's, Lincoln, Franz Ferdinand etc. I also believe 'The Black Hand' will play a big role in the next one, stringing it together with Illuminati and Prior of Sion.
But that's just my thoughts.
