There is a small comic series linking The Last Airbender to The Legend of Korra.
Otherwise there is no current series about their adventures after Sozin's Comet.

The final episode, Sozin's comet, was in four parts and I won't tell you how it ended so as not to ruin it. There are three seasons of Avatar, or books, each dealing with Ang learning a different kind of bending - first water, then earth and then fire. Seasons of Avatar, the last airbender, are easily downloadable from many reputable and unreputable sources which I will not list here for you.
