yes and if over 10 years ago then you don't even answer yes to having a felon.
No. Under federal law (read, anywhere in the United States), a convicted felon may never again possess or have access to firearms. Doesn't matter if it happened one year ago, ten years ago, or fifty years ago.
Not legally.
If you did not answer the question truthfully on your application, you can be fired.
Your only option would be to contact the court in which you were convicted in, and try to have your conviction expunged. If or until the conviction is expunged, no medical center can legally hire you (as a nurse).
My felony was over 7 years ago and halliburton did not hire me..
Untrue. Once a felon always a felon. Don't lie on an application...not only is it wrong, it will likely catch up to you.
can I in the state of Missouri with a non violent felony conviction 10 years ago get my hunting rights back
Yes you can. However you may be denied entry into some countries.
No company will hirer felones. I think if what a person done over 10 years ago should be over and done with. Give people second chances. You have dishonest people that havn't got caught for the crime they are comitting. Thank you; an angry felon..
Nor in Colorado, nor anywhere else in the United States. Doesn't matter how long ago your felony conviction was.
You need a lawyer.
