They already do!! Not the smaller F-250 threw F-550's but in their 650's- 750's they have ran cummins as an option for a long time and to this day. Today it's the red IBS engine and its displacement is 6.7L. Very strong and reliable engines too. If your referring to the smaller models then probably not because the new powerstroke is completely Ford built and doing pretty good as of now unlike the 6.0L and 6.4L which were International built engines.
