GDDR3 is referring to the type of VRAM the graphics card has. If the graphics card is a pci-express one, then it can be installed into the motherboard if it has a pci-express slot available. DDR3 is referring to the type of Memory/RAM
Yes. i use a graphics card with gddr3 while i have ddr2 myself. also, ddr3 is the latest for computers and the new videocards have gddr5.
What do you mean by 'mb'? If you mean: - memory (RAM), then 4 gb ddr3 - processor (CPU), then 2.2 GHz - hard drive (HDD), then 320 gb - graphic card: 256 mb gddr3
DDR2 and DDR3 are different types of RAM. Interested that you posted in graphics cards as well. Heres why: For system memory, RAM that you can buy and replace on your motherboard, there isn't any performance difference. ddr3 is NOT faster at all significantly. Its a different type, you simply need to get the same type for compatibility. On laptops, ddr3 gives better battery life but not very significantly. For graphics cards, this is called vRAM and the types are usually called gddr2 and gddr3. In this case, gddr3 is MUCH faster. A single model of card will be produced in both types, which is confusing, and for example an 8600 gddr3 is probably faster than a 9600 gddr2.
Yes.
Basicly any motherboard that has a pci-e 2.0, 2.1 or 3.0 slot. GDDR5 is just faster compared to a GDDR3 or just DDR5 DDR3
This laptop comes with DDR3 SDRAM, and GMA 500MHD, graphic capabilities.
Yes , you can download GTX 295 with GDDR3 1024 MB just go to http://graphic-magarac.com/html/155823462/
DDR3
Contains a 512MB GDDR3
I am also thinking of putting in a card. But i am not sure as to what is the maximum limit it support ? I was thinking of 9800 GT but it has DDR3.
Gt 240 ddr3
One opinion: Many modern games prefer the NVidea chipset, so the 9800GTX is probably the best supported modern gaming graphics card.
