No the title was not used at all. There is a Guitar Hero 5 released on September 1, 2009 for PS2 and other Guitar Hero Games released after the PS2 Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on October 28, 2007. Guitar Hero Van Halen was even released December 22, 2009. You can probably call the PS2 game Guitar Hero World Tour released October 26, 2008 and is the game that would have been GH4 if they had used that for a title
