That we don't know for sure. After all, she was trying to saved him from Pain. She did confess her to him and I think that is possible. Because Hinata loves Naruto from the beginning, but she was too shy to say it. But when Naruto was pinned down by Pain, she rushed in to saved him and also say she's not afraid to die to protect him and she says, "Because I love you!" to Naruto.
