It is VERY unlikely since Hollyleaf has shown that she is loyal now and that he dies during the final battle meaning that most likely she doesn't, however it is never said that she won't.

Yes, he did. Erin hunter revealed in an online chat on wandsandworlds.com that both Firestar and Scourge had the same father, thus making them half-brothers. Firestar killed Scourge in the last book of the first series.
