No, he's dead.
he has to! If he doesn't, i,ll complain to the bbc.
It should be starting on June 15th 2009 though - as long as nothing changes!!! Starting time is 9:00pm. It is called Children of the Earth, and is being broadcasted over five consecutive days. Each episode will be one hour long rather than the usual fifty minutes. Definate members of the cast are John Barrowman (Captain Jack) Eve Myles (Gwen Cooper) and Gareth David-Lloyd (Ianto Jones.) Here is the official Series 3 page, which shows previews and news about Children of the Earth. http://www.bbc.co.uk/torchwood/

No
Torchwood 4 starts filming in January 2011, so maybe some time in 2011?
There is no set date for series 4, only confirmation that it will be made.
the way i see it is that IT will continue But mabye not with the same cast like it might go to the past torchwood right before they moved to the building that blew up or They could go to the future were jack comes back anytime between 1 and 20 years and the government finds out and they reestablish torchwood Or they keep with the current and jack doesnt come back and if jack does go in the future he might meet gwens son/daughter Oh, apostrophe- no- epiphany, Torchwood got poofed, but what about the morgue? Gray! he'd been frozen, so is he alive, and out?!?!?
The name ofTorchwood is just the letters of Doctor Who rearranged.
No unfortunatley he doesnt :( I think you're talking about the episode where Owen dies in the room while talking to Tosh...? Anyways, he doesnt come back
Torchwood children of Earth (CoE) was broadcast over a five day period beginning on the 6th of July 2010 and finishing on the 10th.
in the last episode of torchwood, series 2, toshico and Owen died, so by the last episode of series 4 dr who, they wouldn't be there.
In a time frame of another 6 months to 1 year (Most probably) Come BACK to 15,000? The Dow's all time high is 14164.
