In all likelihood, no. The events of the series take place over a three year span, and during that time, both Inuyasha and Kagome grow very close to one another, despite issues with Kikyou and others who express affection for either Inuyasha or Kagome.

At the end of the series, Sota mentions to his schoolmates that his sister married right out of high school, and when we see Kagome again, she is living in the Feudal Era with Inuyasha in the village; she refers to Sesshomaru as her "older brother," further corroborating that she is, in fact, married to Inuyasha.

Because Kikyou was finally put to rest some acts/episodes prior, there is little chance of Inuyasha having any need or desire to leave Kagome after the events of the series. However, during the series, Inuyasha was shown deliberately pushing Kagome away when he thought she might be in danger (though he didn't necessarily tell her so).
