I don't believe drawing anime, or any type of drawing can affect your brain, however I have five really close friends that are *obsessed* with anime, and all of them have low-self esteem issues and two out of the five are suffering from depression, and one of the five has been having suicidal thoughts since she got engaged into anime. It doesn't make any sense.. I've been trying to make sense out of this but none comes out of it. It's like anime has a certain affect on your mind if you go too deeply into it.
There have been no plans for an anime release yet. The Muhyo manga already ended in Japan, so an anime is out of the question, but we can all hope for one later.
Anime Select's Tokyo Reporter - 2007 was released on: USA: 2007
Right now, there is no way of knowing that. A lot of it probably depends on the locations of the studios. They are more concerned with finding people for now. With a death toll predicted at around 10,000, I am sure that the next episode of an anime is not their priority. But all southern Japan anime studios should still be running. Also, the fansub group CureCom, who subs Fresh Pretty Cure and Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo has been hit by the earthquake. They are alive, but all their equipment is lost due to the earthquake. So don't be staying tuned for awhile for the next episode of their series!
