Then, after seven years, Jesus would come as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords to establish 1000 year reign in Jerusalem. After the end of this reign Jesus will set up the White Throne Judgment and judge everyone who ever lived on this earth. Those whose name not found written in the Book of Life will be cast into Eternal Lake of Fire as the Final judgment. The believers before the time of Jesus and those who followed Jesus (whose sins are washed by the Blood of Jesus) are the ones who will escape the Final Judgment.
