Yes, he's already been confirmed for series six, and apparently hopes to stay for a couple of years after that.

He first appeared in the final minutes of the New Year Special - The End of Time Part 2 (aired 1st January, 2010) when his previous incarnation regenerates. He made his first full debut in the first episode of Series 5 - The Eleventh Hour (aired 3rd April, 2010).

That hasn't been announced yet. Matt Smith is committed for the 2011 season, which will air in two parts (a spring and fall season), which may or may not be counted as two seasons rather than one. After that he's expected to stay on for at least one more season after that. Beyond that is anyone's guess. Tom Baker stayed for 7 years. Colin Baker only 2. There's no rule.
You should not experience any bleeding while pregnant. Make a appointment with your Doctor asap.
I want to stay no
It's kind of odd, but a lot of people would prefer it if the doctor left the room while they're getting undressed (even though they know the doctor will later see them naked anyway). It doesn't seem rational, but there you have it.
